CSA Membership

The Burnheimer Meat Company is proud to offer a one of a kind customized meat program, based on the successful models of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). When you become a member in our Meat CSA for three, six, or twelve months, you are guaranteed a steady supply of diverse artisan products and custom butchered cuts from animals sustainably grown and harvested right here in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. When paired with your favorite vegetable CSA (we’re partial to Gathering Together Farm’s CSA, now in it’s 16th year), our BMC meats help to keep your kitchen stocked with the highest quality ingredients available.

For each of our three, six, and 12-month membership options, we offer a choice between monthly or twice monthly delivery, and a variety of product options to best suit your palate and your needs. CSA deliveries will begin the first week in March with set locations in Philomath, Corvallis and the mid-valley. For more information, or to enroll, contact the BMC at burnheimermeatco@gmail.com or 541.231.4085
